Yes, but I think bounds values aren't enough to tell if a window is fullscreen, right? For example, when the menu bar is hidden, or on a MacBook with a notch, a maximized window is also eligible (the window size is the same as the screen size), but they are not in full-screen mode. Not to mention there is also a split view mode in fullscreen.

Hi, If the window size is equal to the screen size, you can't tell that you are in full-screen mode, especially if the menu bar is set to 'auto-hide' or the device is a MacBook with notch. Am I right?
