We are trying to complete an Apple Developer Program organization enrollment for a university. We had an older pending enrollment and later submitted another enrollment after being advised to do so. Apple Support has now told us that the older enrollment was further along, but unfortunately that enrollment has since disappeared from the system as well. I am the original applicant for the enrollment. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where a pending organization enrollment disappeared? Is there any way Apple can restore or continue one of the previous enrollments instead of requiring a completely new application? I have an active support case with Apple and can provide the case/enrollment details privately if needed. Any advice from developers who have experienced a similar enrollment issue would be greatly appreciated.
