Please any fix for this? I'm receiving the same type of error. What is wrong with Apple? I can't even submit an app!!

This issue is frustrating and apple hasn't made any fix for it. It's been almost 24 hours since I've been trying to submit. Nothing seems to work. The same issue of screenshots uploading...
