Unable to create a new simulator with downloaded OS versions
Hi, I am experiencing a problem when attempting to create a new simulator--the downloaded iOS versions (from Components tab in Preferences) are not available in the OS version drop down menu. Any ideas what might be the problem? For the record, I am using Xcode 12.4 on Big Sur 11.2.2, so the default iOS version is 14.4. I additionally downloaded 10.3.1 and 13.0. Thanks! Edit: It seems that version 13.0 is now available but I still can't see 10.3.1 in the menu.

How can a developer request a development certificate?
We have a small team with few developers who need to be able to install an iOS app on their phones. They are part of our Apple Developer team and have "Developer" roles. How are they supposed to request (or create) Apple/iOS Developer certificates themselves? It seems that they don't have access to the certificate management, which makes sense, but at the same time I see no way for them to obtain a certificate for development. I am struggling to find any information about that particular matter. So far I've found pretty much nothing. This is the closest I could get: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/ToolsLanguages/Conceptual/DevPortalGuide/ManagingiOSDevelopmentCertificates/ManagingiOSDevelopmentCertificates.html Any help is appreciated.
