Same issue on my end, in my case, I work on a project that supports iOS and tvOS. iOS target supports push notifications, but tvOS does not. The warning started occurring after updating Xcode from 16.2 to 16.3, and I have no idea how to fix it, because there are no configurations for push notifications for the tvOS target. It might be a bug introduced in this latest version of Xcode.
