I have exactly the same problem. I have been trying to solve it for almost a month, but they keep informing me that my case has been forwarded to the operations team and the review may take undetermined period of time.

Still no progress. They have only forwarded my case to the operations team for further investigation and informed me that there is no definite timeline for completing the review. Meanwhile, I received a message saying that my application to the Small Business Program had been accepted, as if nothing had happened.
