Also experiencing this bug on iOS 26.4.2 with my screen time app. Really glad to hear 26.5 beta 2 seems to have resolved it! I am also curious if anyone knows roughly when iOS 26.5 will be available to the public? Thanks everyone for keeping this thread so well documented.
