For anyone still looking: the script is included in the App Icon Template resources for Photoshop and Illustrator in the iOS 26 Apple Design Resources (https://developer.apple.com/design/resources/). You’ll find it in the Plug-ins directory inside the Illustrator template section of the disk image.
