I would also like the same information. A report of the referral source would allow me to see which referrals resulted in purchases so that I can kick back a percentage of the revenue to the referrer. That's the core of my marketing plan.

Same issue here. I need to be able to count how many of each offer code has been used of the 500 allotted.
