I have the same problem and posted here: Hoping that these can get resolved urgently

I'm experiencing the same issue; I've been waiting for over a month and my developer account still reflects as pending. Really disappointed in the Apple Developer team's lack of support. Does anybody know how we can escalate to a manager to assist?
