Hello Apple App Review Team and fellow developers, My app has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 6, 2026, with no status change and no contact from App Review. App name: Folio: Mind Mirror Apple App ID: 6795931763 Platform: iOS Support Case ID: 103001385448 (opened about a week ago, no response so far) Review submission ID: 74f73520-fc6d-4297-be61-d7bf8a1a9357 Timeline: September 28: first submission of this version. I cancelled it myself after noticing that required marketing assets were missing (App Store Connect still allowed me to submit the build in that state. I'm confident this is a bug. Under normal circumstances, the "Submit for Review" button should not be active when an app is missing its header image and search preview). October 6: resubmitted the corrected build. Status has been "Waiting for Review" ever since, almost 20 days. According to Apple's own documentation, 90% of submissions are reviewed within 48 hours, so this looks like a stuck submission or a queue issue rather than a normal wait. I'm an independent developer and the delay is seriously affecting me. Could an Apple staff member please check the status of this submission and the support case? Is there anything missing on my side that could be blocking the review from starting? Thank you.
