The app description contains zable. The app itself only ever refers to zable. The developer account are Lendable, which is our the company I work for the owns the trading name zable. Yeah good shout on the privacy protection, though I would hope that the app review process might specific that if it was required.

So I was incorrect on zable.com. That is our US (vs UK) brand and is owned by Zendable (don't ask) - which is our US company entity (and says this in the footer of the site). So we're just dealing with zable.co.uk which as you saw does state that it is owned by Lendable on the website footer/privacy policy and a pile of other places. I did ask yesterday for a one on one consultation yesterday and was rejected. FWIW I asked to discuss the guidelines referenced above.
