Update: looks like a macOS does not need a provisioning profile to be embedded and that is why I could not dump it - from what I am further reading. Still struggling ... Also, I meant to say, that in Ventura and Xcode 15.2 I did not see a provisioning profile folder in the UserData folder, just in MobileDevice folder. But I do have a UserData folder.
