Hello Apple Developer Community, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual developer from Angola. My Apple Account is already created and I can sign in normally. Two-factor authentication is enabled, and my trusted phone number is an Angolan number (+244). However, when I complete the Apple Developer Program enrollment process on the website, I receive this error: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” The enrollment does not proceed to the payment stage. I have verified my Apple Account information and I am using my real legal information, with Angola as my country/region. I am using a Windows PC and completing the enrollment through the Apple Developer website. I do not own an iPhone or Mac. Has anyone in Angola experienced this exact issue and successfully resolved it? I would especially like to know: Is Apple Developer Program enrollment currently available for individual developers in Angola? Is there any additional identity, account, phone number, or country/region requirement for Angola? Does this error require an internal review or reset of the enrollment status? I have seen other recent developers reporting the same enrollment error in the Apple Developer Forums, including cases where 2FA was enabled and the account information was correct. Any advice from developers who have successfully resolved this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
