App Rejected Unable to Login into account for review

Hi,
My app rejected because apple sent message that they are unable to login into app with the login details provided.

I tested those details many times and able to login. I today recorded the video and sent it to review team of app and login success with login details (visible).

Any suggestion what to do? i submitted the app again.
They not mentioning the reason too.
Even we are facing the same issue.
Did you get it approved? I am having same issue.
Make sure that during the review the system you use to manage the logins (servers or whatever else) is active, so that the verification team can log in successfully. Also provide a working username and password.
I am also facing the same issue like "We discovered one or more bugs in your app. Specifically, your app failed to load past the login screen and displayed an error alert after we entered the provided credentials."
I wonder why there isn't any response from Apple any where regarding this issue. its causing serious delays in app submission to App Store.

I'm facing the same issue here. App is working fine, servers are OK, the credentials I provided to Apple are OK (double checked it), I have hundreds of users using this app normally. The only place where this login fails is on AppStore review. And they only attach a screenshot of the message (Could not login, connection problems), but they never provide any additional information about their environment and network settings. I also tested with a Nat64 WIFI network following their instructions on the documentation, and it worked fine here. I don't have any idea of what is causing this issue on AppStore.

Having the same issue. This is clearly an issue the App Review team needs to address. We have about a quarter million daily users and testers in 3 different timezones working from home and no one has this issue not being able to sign in. This also never happened until Apple (and everyone else) started doing work from home. It's something with Apple's networking stack. Hi, even I am facing the same issue. Apple's app review says unable to login but I am able to login from 5-6 devices that I have checked on. I have even provided them screen recordings of the same.

Same issue and its annoying. I have many users and no one reports any issues. We don't have any issues during development. Its super annoying . They must be using some sort of weird device

Even I am facing this issue again now. They send a screenshot of a device and I send them a screen recording of the same device and OS version on the simulator.

Have already replied to them 5 times. Has anybody found a solution?

We got rejected with login issue on ipad air 5th generation as well on 17.5.1. However we can login from every possible device we have and all the sims. How do we proceed? How do you all moved beyond this? We can use suggestions here.

Facing the exact same problem since my latest release. Never has been a problem before. I find it very odd that this thread has received a couple of replies in the last few days..

Same issue here Nothing changed at all with regards to apple log in It works on all devices And we get the rejection because apple log in would not work on ipad 5th generation with ios 17.6 (it works on all devices)

Any solution for app rejection due to login failure on ipad air generation5 iOS 17.6.1?

We are able to login with demo credentials but reviewer is rejecting the app saying unable to login. Submitted another version with new demo credentials but still the rejected with same issue. Its 5 year old app never faced such issues.

The same issue here works with every simulator run on iOS 17.5 and can not find 17.6.1 simulator runtime.

Same issue here. We use ASWebAuthenticationSession to login.

From what I see in the error the App displays on screen. It looks like a web credentials issue when they test it. On my side, I checked again and again, every thing is fine. I can log in successfully. With previous App Store App, with the same binary in TestFlight.

The entitlements are correct in the App, the server are up and running, with correct app-apple-app-site-association files

Same issue with our apps, where Apple reviews failed on iPad Air with iOS 17.6.1 since end of summer after severals years without any issue.

Not able to reproduce the fail at office... We are blocked and really don't know how to move on.

Same issue over here: app getting rejected because of the a timeout during login.

It's an app built with Ionic framework and I didn't have any problems with the Android version review. Also, the iOS version delivered through TestFlight are working fine.
