If you want to develop for yourself as a game, why not.
But if you intent to put on the appstore, you probably should forget it. There is a serious risk of it being refused, because predicting lottery numbers is just a misleading promise…

My prediction has been posted on Facebook Page - Lottery Prediction System (You'll need to search as I cannot post the link here). I can't reveal my methodologies but I will just provide my forecast based on my method similar to that on the FB page.
I want to create the app to reach out to more people especially SKEPTICS and CRITICS to DEBUNK my method such as that Einstein "WISDOM QUOTE" where everybody laughs at his ONE MISTAKE and IGNORED all other CORRECTNESS he made.
IGNORANCE is a BLESSING to the FOOLS but NOT those who WISH TO LEARN!
