hello, I have a macbook air at the beginning of 2015 and I have about 24 gb of free disk space but despite that, impossible to download xcode because of insufficient disk space .... what to do ?? i made the macos version update big sur recently

Your options seem to be:
Free up (much) more space on disk
Upgrade to a larger disk
Install Xcode to an external drive
