Org Developer Account Stuck in "Your enrollment is being processed"

I applied for an Apple Developer as an Organisation on 25 May 2021 and the application has been stuck in the state: "Your enrollment is being processed" since then.

I've tried multiple times to reach out to Apple Support via email and always receive a canned response of "We checked the status of your enrollment and confirmed that it is still under review"

I'm unable to query what is holding it up or what I can do to rectify it - would anyone here be able to help?

I am experiencing the same issue. Have you found a solution? My enrollment appears to be stuck at the "Enrollment in Progress" stage, and my account status remains "Pending."
