App rejected as spam

Hello there,

We sold a similar app that we published. First we tried to publish it by just changing the colors in the design, but it was rejected by Spam response.

We then added new stuff to the design and added a few features but it still gets rejected by Spam response.

What do you think we should change in order to get this mobile app aproved?

That's the problem the reviewer has noticed.

What you could try:

give the new app a name that is close the the other, like myGreatApp Pro (or myGreatApp Mini, you get the point)
add enough features so that they are effectively different (you don't need a lot: more capacité, some goodies like some use of camera, speech synthesis…)
and explain clearly to reviewer that this is a pro (or mini or whatever) version of the other app
