Approval rejected: The review of your app is taking longer than expected

My application is in Rejected status with the excuse that they need more time to review it.

I've already generated the claim twice, but they always reply that the app was "assigned to the appropriate team" and I don't see any status update

I write this post because I don't know where else to go. I depend exclusively on this approval to be able to charge my client and finish the project.

There is probably some concern with your app or with your account that they want to verify before final answer.

The problem is that almost two weeks have passed and there is still no news. The reason for rejection is generic so I don't know what is wrong. Added to that, the client for whom I developed the application cannot wait any longer

that they need more time to review it.

It usually is not a notification of rejection, just telling that the review for your app will need more time.

(It represents that in the pre-review process, your app has some suspicious points. This can be caused by some third party libraries which is not properly using APIs.)

Once your app is marked as need more time, more than two weeks is not a rare case.

Sending sort of claims might reset the reviewing process, and another more than two weeks may be needed.

Just wait for a few weeks till you get the actual review result: approval or rejection.
