5.2.1 Generally: Don’t use protected third-party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name. Apps should be submitted by the person or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights.

reading "or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights." it seems that there is a possibility of having the right to publish the app even if you are not the owner of the brand but then when the app review blocks it you do not understand how to go forward anyway. Do you have any advice?

Hi,

The best thing to do is to submit your own work or work that you can legally use because it's licenses etc.

Yes, I publish apps developed by me and which I own (with a non-profit) but which talk about other non-profits. And I end up being framed by the request to make a new developer subscription. But reading the guideline, if all the subjects authorize you, it would seem possible to publish instead.
