While enrolling on the Apple Developer account, I entered the completely wrong legal first and last name. I realized it after Apple sent me an email with ID verification, and I immediately changed my name in Apple ID, but it did not change on the Upload ID page. If I send an ID with the right name, will I be verified? Otherwise, is there a way I can correct that?

Your account should reflect the correct information now. You can try to submit the enrollment again.
I have the same issue, when enrolling I used passport and it misread the name, tried to cancel and start over but it did not permit it , the developer team name can't be adjusted on my end to reflect my name its off by 2 letters, been on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak to some one to correct this , I have been charged the enrollment fee and all, the account is active, my correct name appears everywhere else its just the team name is wrong
