What to do when Apple App Review takes an abnormally long time?

I have submitted numerous apps to the IOS app store which have been reviewed and are now available.

For a client I have developed an app which has been under review for more than 2 months now! The status has been "in review" for some time now, we have spoken to someone from Apple about this but his comment has been and still is: "The app review Board needs to discuss this but apparently they have not done so."

Does anyone have experience with such a long review process and any suggestions as how we can escalate this and whom to contact about this?

I've allready requested an expedited review, but this has been denied.

In the past, when it seems review has just shelved the review and moved on, some devs have take the step of rejecting that build, pulling it back, then going again, with a new version number to see if the next effort gets move luv.

I met the same problem,does the review finish now?I called Apple twice for support,but they say they only can send an email to their review team.

Even m facing the same issue. How we can report to Apple about the same. I've added reviews for some apps but they are not visible.

You're talking about a different process - devs can't "add reviews" during the process being discussed here. Be aware you're in the developer forums, not Apple's public forums.

User-centric queries/comments such as this are perhaps best put to Apple's public community support forums, where Apple tends to monitor user comments, and/or Apple's twitter support account, vs. risking off-topic here in the dev forums, thanks and good luck. Got the same issue and I’ve expressed the urgency on this matter, was asked to re-submit a picture of my driver license and then later asked to submit a picture of my passport, it’s been a month since then and still going Every time I reach out the response indicates no updates without any additional context
