Good morning everyone
I'm a freelance developer, and I'm thinking of publishing a game app: a platform-style game for kids, with educational and fun elements for health and medicine. The app will be sponsored by a WEB ERP/CRM for clinical centers, therefore the logo of this ERP will be present at the beginning of the title page (e.g. this game is sponsored by etcetc) .
I wanted to ask if there are any restrictions to publish this kind of apps, which don't have ads but (as I said before) show the sponsor who financed the development of the game.
Thanks to anyone who can give me a definite answer, Davide
I cannot give definitive answer and I fear no one can guanratee a future review decision. even if you found cases which appear similar, that would not be a guarantee for your app.
So these is simply a personal (not legal) opinion.
I do not see any guideline that forbids it.
if I understand correctly, it will be similar to a Copyright statement, which is authorized.
If you had the authorisation from this company to use some copyrighted material, you would likely be authorised to mention their name.
At the end, the review decision should depend on the content of the notice.
However, this could be considered as advertising, hence you should review all related guidelines, 2.5.18 and specially for kids (1.3).

with educational and fun elements for health and medicine.
I would also read carefully all the guidelines related to health apps.
