Deleted Testflight user was able to download new build

Hi,

I recently removed a user from the internal testing group in Apple TestFlight, but they were still able to download the latest build. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the user is still listed in the All Testers list. Is it possible? How they were able to access the build?
