I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for this supposed "internal review team" to review my fee waiver enrollment. Apple refuses to give me and update, won't look at my DUNS number which proves my non-profit status. They are just stone-walling me. I spoke with a senior advisor, Ian today who refused to answer any questions, offer any help, or give me any potential next steps. Everything was "internal" so he "couldn't comment" on it.
Has anyone else encountered this incompetence, and have you found a way around it at all? I've been under review since September with no word from the internal team and now Apple Dev support is refusing to respond to my once-a-month requests for status updates.
