Team,

We are trying the renewal the apple Enterprise program. It asks set of questions after that it shows the below message

"Thank you for your request to renew your membership in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. We’ll review your submission and get back to you shortly to let you know if we can process the renewal or if another program better serves your organization’s needs.

We are unable to proceed the renewal. Kindly guide us.

It is very critical one since the account expires today. It will affect our development badly.

We are awaiting a renewal which I would get across the line with only days to go until renewal.

Hi,

Did you get the reply from Apple developer team. We are also facing the same issue and Apple team is asking for some document which they also don't know, What type of document is required. If you have any info can you please reply to this.
