Same problem here. When we try to submit the TestFlight app for Apple review we are getting "Some of the information required to submit your build for external testing is missing".

Same problem here. I try to add for external test and submit my app for Apple review and I got issue message "Some of the information required to submit your build for external testing is missing". I also checked "Test Information" all fields not missing any infomation. Some days before it ok at all.

Same issue. I've submitted a support request as well. Our 5th day with this issue. A new build did not fix it for us.

Same issue. Started on 4/13/23 for our team. Submitted support ticket. No resolution yet.

Same happening here. I uploaded a new build on Friday and anytime I want to add it to external users a error message appears: "Some of the information required to submit your build for external testing is missing."

I talked to an Apple Employee this morning and he was also not able to help me.

I did a build bump but still the same error message shows up.

it works again, it seems! My app has been added to external beta group

worked for us too! Might be unrelated, but just before it fixed itself, we've accepted the paid apps agreement, provided bank info etc., and it got validated.

I can confirm now it works. Not sure what actions were taken from Apple side

Works for us as well. About 2 hours after Apple's reply to my ticket telling me there was "information missing" without explaining what was missing. Basically a slightly longer version of the ambiguous error message. 🤪
