Single member LLC W9 form

I converted my individual dev account to organization (as a single member LLC). Now I was working on filling out the W9 form and according to the current W9 guidelines I need to put my own name in the first row of the form:

  1. Name (as shown on your income tax return)

However in the appstoreconnect UI this name is non-changeable and defaulted to my LLC name. How should I go about it?

Also wondering what you or @award1230 did. I'm having the same issue as well and haven't heard back from the iTunes Finance support request in 15 days.
