Our game studio, a single legal entity, has two branches: one targeting kids and families, and the other producing mainstream party games. Each branch has distinct branding. Can we create two different App Store accounts under the same legal entity, or can we use a different DBA under the existing account to separate the two publisher brands?

I think the answer is No. I think I recall specific language about "doing business as" in the agreements. But it's a long time since I understood this stuff.
