I made two builds for TestFlight this morning. Both are not automatically assigned to Internal Testing users. I never had to configured or assign this.
No Internal Testers assigned to today's TestFlight builds

I checked the live status here, https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ but there is no outage today. Feedback from Apple would be appreciated.
It just caught up, now all builds are visible to internal testers.
