I hope someone can help me with this issue. My app has been in the "Ready for Distribution" status since July 31st, but it still isn't visible in the App Store. The app is set to publish automatically and is configured to be available in Chile and Argentina.
I've double-checked the settings and everything seems to be correct, but the app is not appearing in the stores. Is there something I might be missing? Or is there any known delay in the publication process?

I look for it in the Apple Store and he shows it to me. I continued investigating and found that it shows it on an iPhone 7, but not on iPhone 13. The application is supposed to be compatible with all iOS versions higher than 10. I checked the settings and everything seems to be in order. order of compatibility with newer devices.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
