HI there, ive registered Apple ID for distrobution Apps, enrollment was not completed properly and ive interested in cashback for enrollment to start enrollment again, but in second time there was written "complete your enrollment" and it requested from me second payment.
QUestion is: can I cashback my first enrollment and why devpayment@apple.com dont awnsered me for a week?
P.S. I was mailed from Apple ID, marked with "Your order has been canceled."

Same here, still in the enrollment process and stuck on it, open 3 tickets with Apple but it seems they don't care much about it
I also happily do Android app development on Linux. I just bought a brand new M4 MacBook Pro so I can include IOS in my app development as well. I tried to sign up as an Apple developer on the Apple developer app and on the Apple developer website but even after sending Apple my government issued ID, Apple sent me a message saying "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device". 🥺
