Subscription "Waiting for review" status stuck after App has been approved

My app was approved a week ago for the first version, and the subscriptions were submitted along with it. However, the subscriptions have been stuck in the “Waiting for Review” status for a week. I submitted a request under the “App Review” topic, but I haven’t received any response.

What should I do next?

Yesterday, version 1.0.1 of my app was approved. I thought that submitting another version might resolve the issue, but it didn’t. This is so frustrating. Any advice?

Apparently this is a recurring issue with reviewers or the process - not sure which. Either way, it's very frustrating to go through the very lengthly process of approval, finally have an app approved only to discover it can't be really be released when planned since the Subscriptions are stuck in Waiting for review or In review still. I've reported the issue via email contact form but doubtful it'll be resolved quickly given how slow all responses are recently.
