App stuck in "In Review" Status for 5 days now!

Dear Apple Review Team,

I have deployed 10+ apps to the Apple store since 2022 and never seen anything like this.

A current app I am hoping to get deployed to the apple store has been stuck in the "In Review" status in the app store connect for more than 5 days now and I am beginning to loose my mind on this.

Please I request your assistance for a quick resolve.
