App Rejected for 4.3(a) - Design - Spam

Hello, please someone help me this outrageous i worked so hard on this game for many months and payed apple developer fee to get my app Rejected for being spam which is completely FALSE my app genre is endless runner which is very popular and have a lot of apps but my story is original my music is composed by a professional musician specifically for my game, the UI designed by ME, yes my control mechanics is the same as many apps—this is expected due to genre standards, not duplication. The presence of similar controls codes does not automatically make a game spam. If this logic applied broadly, many top games on the App Store would be at risk of the same guideline violation, Yes i did use some free to use commercially Unity assets (which is entirely permitted under Apple’s policy), i have customized and integrated them meaningfully into the game, so how is this spam?

Thank you for your post and appeal. We're investigating and will contact you in App Store Connect to provide further assistance. If you continue to experience issues during review, please contact us.

Update: the feedback I received remains generic and unclear. It states that my app “shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences.”

This reasoning is confusing and unfair. My app was developed using Unity and includes some assets from the Unity Asset Store—both of which are widely used and fully compliant with Apple’s guidelines. Naturally, this may result in some similarities at the technical level, but that should not disqualify the app.

Regarding the concept, the app is an endless runner—a popular and well-established category on the App Store. While it falls into this genre, my app is not a copy. I have worked extremely hard to develop an original storyline, features, and gameplay elements that make it a unique experience.

I respectfully request a manual review by a human reviewer who can look deeper into the actual content and functionality of my app. Additionally, I would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a call to clarify and resolve this matter directly.

I am committed to complying with all App Store guidelines and I am confident in the originality and quality of my app. I hope for your understanding and support in giving this app a fair evaluation.
