"Waiting for Review" for 6 business days

I submitted my first iOS app for review about 6 business days ago. It has never changed to "In Review."

Is there a backlog or known delays right now?

I did not get contacted like the support team reply states.

My app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” status for over 10 days now, and despite submitting expedited review requests, I haven’t received any response or update. It feels like no one is even looking at it.

This delay is seriously affecting my release schedule and user expectations. I understand that expedited reviews are not guaranteed, but receiving no reply at all is very disappointing, especially when time-sensitive updates are involved.

Please look into my case and let me know what’s going on.
