Legal action?

Is taking legal action the only viable option of effectively communicating with the review team, as they ignore your replies and are vague. at best, in their rejection reasons? My app was rejected with in-app purchase localizations, but without any details. No details were provided why an in-app purchase localization was rejected. Atrocious and unacceptable.

App Review: Your app review comments are outright misleading and non-specific. There is specific information about each in-app purchase in Review Notes, and you have ignore them, you have ignored my replies, you have ignored my questions. Your unprofessional behaviour is documented and may be acted upon in a legal setting.
