Stuck in Review After Major Fixes

Hey everyone, Looking for some advice. Our app was previously rejected with a few issues (privacy, objectionable content, etc.). We’ve since made all the required fixes, updated our Privacy Policy and Terms, and resubmitted. It stayed in “Waiting for Review” for 5 days and now it’s been in “In Review” for 3 days with no further updates.

We’re starting to get a lot of user pressure since people are actively searching for the app, and the update includes critical compliance fixes.

Has anyone here dealt with long review times after addressing rejections? Is there anything we can do to help expedite the process (besides contacting App Review through Resolution Center)?
