Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment

@Apple Developer Support Paid for membership on Jan 29 (Order: W1588787204). It's been over 48 hours but status is still "Pending" and asking to purchase again. Please help.

Same issue. It's been 3 days now. I see " Purchase your membership.

To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now

Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. " but I already purchased it.

I have this issue too.

Payment made on iPhone. I can see the subscription in my subs.

However, when I log in, the status says pending and there's a link to continue through to payment.

I ran into the exact same issue as many of you, so I completely understand the frustration. I wanted to share what finally worked for me, in case it helps anyone still stuck.

My timeline:

• 1. Last Thursday: Completed the purchase (1st attempt) — payment charged, account stuck on "Pending"
• 1. Waited until the following Tuesday with no confirmation email
• 1. Contacted Apple Support the same day — they said they'd respond within 2 business days
• 1. By Thursday, still no reply from Apple

What finally worked

I came across a solution shared in a Reddit thread (thread title: "Apple Developer Admission - Pending for 7+ days" ) that suggested the following:

1. Add your credit card directly to your Apple Account (via Apple Account payment settings)
2. Use that same card — now linked to your Apple ID — to repurchase the Apple Developer Program membership

I gave this a try on Thursday, and about 8 hours later, my account was approved! 🎉

Key takeaway: The credit card you use to enroll in the Apple Developer Program must be the same card that is registered to your Apple ID. If there's any mismatch, it seems the enrollment gets stuck in "Pending" indefinitely.(maybe...)

At least you lot managed to pay. I've been in review for a dev account with zero correspondence from them for 8 weeks!

It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order to complete enrollment. It’s still under review, even though I received an email stating it would be reviewed within 48 hours. I’ve followed up with support multiple times since then, but the issue remains unresolved.

Same situation here (Mexico, individual enrollment). I purchased the membership on July 29, 2026 (order W1605652250, paid with a debit card) and received the order acknowledgement email. 22 minutes later Apple emailed asking to verify my identity; I uploaded my passport the same day and received "We received your documents". Since then my developer account shows "Purchase your membership - complete your purchase now" as if no payment existed, and /enroll redirects me to the purchase page again. No receipt, no cancellation email, and the charge has not been returned to my card. I have opened case 20000123975008 and requested a callback. Enrollment ID: D9D7A2H499. Apple staff: I would really appreciate help reattaching my original order - I do not want to pay twice. Will update here with the outcome for others in the same loop.
