What happens if I dont't answer age rating questions before January 31?

I just got a warning about age rating questions. It says that:

"If you don’t answer these questions by January 31, 2026, you won’t be able to submit app updates in App Store Connect".

Hope someone can clarify what this actually means. Let's say I forget to answer these questions for one of my apps before this date:

  1. Will I be unable to submit updates in general, i.e. for all my apps?

  2. Will this app be blocked forever or will I be able to submit a new version once I have answered them?
