HELP! "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section unavailable.

I’m attempting to resubmit my app after a few unsuccessful review submissions (first time dealing with this process). Previously, when I resubmitted (the last two times), the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section was available on the version page, and I could select the appropriate IAPs and subscriptions prior to submitting for review.

However, on the resubmission attempt, this section is no longer visible anywhere on the version page! I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, but it still won’t appear.

Current status:

All IAPs/subscriptions: Waiting for Review
App version status: 1.0 Prepare for Submission

It has been suggested that I "deleting all my subscriptions and [do] them over again..."; however, this workaround is completely unacceptable! While it may work for unreleased apps, it would be catastrophic for production apps. If this UI bug occurred during a subsequent update, deleting IAPs would permanently invalidate the original product IDs—which cannot be reused. This would break all existing customer purchases!

Does anyone know how to get around this?????

I'm having the same issue... However my app hasn't launched yet. Hopefully we can get some answers. Related post: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/812514

"In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" will be back when you get your current submission accepted and then create a new software update submission. In other words, it won't be back until you get your current submission approved, I guess.

Thanks for your response, but it's the "I guess" that gives me pause, but unless someone from apple contacts me I feel paralyzed atm. I have a support call in for someone from apple to contact me, they are supposed to call me during business hours this week. I'll post what they tell me when then talk to me.

By saying "I guess," I mean that I'm not the one to make the final decision when it comes to somebody else's system since I am not referring to a specific, written set of instructions by the company.

Then where does my 'guess' come from, you may ask. I submitted a new app to the review at the end of the last year. Initially, I was going to have subscription plans. But 'Prepare for submission' didn't disappear, as chronicled in this thread. So I decided to release it as a free app with no IAPs. While waiting for the review, I realized that the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section disappeared. Yesterday, I prepared a software update, and the same section was back. Soon after I clicked on the submission button, this section disappeared once again.

In all, it doesn't bother me if you don't listen to me. I don't work for Apple, Inc.

No problem, I get it and I appreciate your comments 100%. All I was saying is that, unfortunately, all I can do right now is "guess". I do not want to take any chances with having to manipulate prod data and changed product id's after I release into the wild, that could wind up being disastrous. Changed product ids would require prod data manipulation and a new release for no good reason. Anyhow, it may come down to me having to do what worked for you, but I sure hope not :(
