My account shows “Pending Termination Notice” - No response to my appeal

Our application, which we have been developing for a long time, was shut down on December 12 after a test access issue prevented reviewers from accessing a feature while we were addressing a repeated violation. This appears to have been interpreted as “feature hiding” and “repeated violations.”

We submitted an appeal explaining the situation, but it has now been 43 calendar days and we have not yet received a response.

We would be very grateful for any clarification or assistance you can provide regarding the status of our appeal.
