Hi! My review was finally approved successfully - it took about 48 days.
During this time, I never canceled or resubmitted the original application. The only thing I did was upload a completely new and separate app for review (not related to the previous one). Maybe that triggered something and pushed the earlier review forward or unstuck the system - but that’s just my assumption.
