Issue: I have completed Apple Developer Program three separate times and paid twice:
Feb 17, 2026 Feb 20, 2026 Feb 27, 2026
Case IDs: 102826219361 102831748980
I received an Order Acknowledgement email each time stating processing within 2 business days.
However: My account still shows “Complete your purchase” My membership has not been activated I have received no follow-up or activation email
Multiple support emails received no response.
This appears to be a backend enrollment fulfillment failure or a failure on apple supports part, not a payment failure.
I need this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team for manual review and activation.
This is blocking my app development, and frankly the lack of communication is unacceptable for a company like Apple.
