My app is waiting for review for more than 48 hrs since Wednesday at 5:57 PM. It has been rejected, and errors were fixed with an updated new build. Is this normal?

48 hours is totally normal, especially if it's a brand new app. They are also particularly bogged down right now from my understanding.
There is a bigger problem. I'm still waiting about a week. I rejected submission, then sent it once again and - the same situation. I really don't understand why it take so long. On Google Play Console submission takes about 10-15 min.
