App Stuck in Waiting for Review more than 3 Weeks

We've a game that the first version has published 45 days again with a quick review and direct approve.

After that initial version, we've made some big updates and additions as well as some bug fixes to get ready to officially publish our game, and market it. However, with my first update, it waited in the review queue for 2 weeks, which I then cancelled, make some bug fixes, and sent to review again since I heard that this can fix the process sometimes.

Even after that, we've been waiting for 3 weeks and still no updates. I've also applied for Expedited Review since this is getting urgent after waiting more than a month. I hope someone from Apple Support team will see this and help me with the issue.

Same thing, and they are not answering at all. Email, App Connect, here they post to all the same answers... 10 days without answers

I haven't received any updates from you, still, and it's been more than a month we sent our update for review (and total of almost 2 months after our re-try to submit the update). It took so long to just publish an update for our game that we're half way complete of the new project, which we don't know if we even going to be able to publish it because of this extremely long review times.

We, as a team, and all the other people experiencing this issue, put lots of effort into making a product, and we're just getting ignored, left behind for no clear reason.

I know it's mainly about copy-paste AI apps, but I hope you can solve this soon, because it's so frustrating.
