I am currently stuck while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Initially, the app kept throwing an error without any details, so I reached out to support. Unfortunately, responses take nearly a week, and in several cases, I received only generic replies.
Eventually, I was asked to submit documents for ID verification, which I did a week ago. Since then, there has been no update. On top of that, the “Enroll” button in the app is now disabled.
I have requested escalation multiple times, but there has been no progress on that either. This delay has already impacted my app launch timeline. Due to the lack of progress with Apple enrollment, I went ahead and released the app on Android instead.
I didn’t expect this kind of experience. If the high volume of support tickets is causing delays, it seems like something needs to be improved on Apple’s support side.
Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this unblocked?
