App Stuck in review for 4 days

Dear App Review Team,

one of our apps have been stuck in the “Waiting for Review” status for an unusually time:

App ID: 6705133649 – waiting since April 30, 2026.

Normally, reviews start within a 2 days, but in our case, it’s been almost 4 days without any updates or communication from Apple.

We would like to know:

Is there a specific reason for this extended hold?

Is any action required from our side?

When can we expect the review to proceed?

I want to highlight a concerning pattern: our app previously completed review within 48 hours consistently, but our last review took approximately 1.5 months, and this current review is already at 1 week with no resolution in sight.

This extended delay is significantly impacting our users and business operations. We are not aware of any policy violations or issues that would warrant such extended review times.

Could you please:

  1. Provide a specific reason why this review is taking significantly longer than the standard timeframe
  2. Give us an estimated timeline for completion
  3. Clarify what has changed that is causing our reviews to go from 48 hours to weeks or months

We would appreciate a concrete update within 48 hours. If there are any specific concerns with the app, we are ready to address them immediately.
