Request for Help - Stuck in Waiting For Review for 15+ days with No Response

Hello, could anyone please help? Our latest version has been stuck waiting for review for 15 days now. I also submitted a support case [102889364230] but received zero feedback.

I'm not just trying to rush the process—I’m genuinely concerned that some technical issue or bug on our end might be blocking our version from entering the normal review flow. The submission process this time was somewhat complicated:

  1. We submitted a version on May 2nd that was rejected due to a minor subscription issue. After completely resolving it, we resubmitted the binary (along with our in-app purchase). However, both the version and the IAP product are still stuck waiting for review—it's been over 15 days now.
  2. What's particularly strange is that our IAP product show [In Review] on the main page, but within the details, the localizations still show "Waiting for Review." It looks like there's some kind of technical bug!

I hope someone can help us identify the issue! And please let me know how much longer I need to wait, as this version contains fairly critical bug fixes, so we are really anxious.
